Our district, like many, faces critical financial and enrollment challenges in the years ahead. Sean’s experience has taught him to be both proactive and thoughtful when seeking information and making decisions.

Student Success

Continue LPS commitment of All Means All - Every student, every path, every success matters.
Champion academic excellence and uphold LPS’s tradition of quality.
Reaffirm the district goal that 100% of students graduate ready for meaningful post-secondary opportunities.
Advocate for increased per-pupil funding while remaining fiscally responsible.
Recruit, support and retain the best teachers, staff and administrators.
Make certain all students have the resources to reach their full potential.
Ensure thoughtful integration of technology—particularly artificial intelligence—by considering both the advantages and challenges it brings to teaching and student learning.
In the next 3 to 5 years, we must prioritize:
Addressing budget pressures thoughtfully and transparently.
Continuing to support and enhance innovative academic and mental health programs.
Investing wisely in infrastructure by balancing present and future needs.
Strong schools create strong communities. LPS is a top district in the state of Colorado, and Sean will work with his colleagues to build on that strength. With a background in management, teaching, and coaching, Sean is ready to lead with vision, collaboration, and heart to ensure LPS continues to set the standard for excellence in education.
